Take a slow deep breath through the nostrils, hold for a count of 8, then exhale through the mouth for a count of 12. Repeat ten times. Easy. 3. Go for a quick walk (15 minutes). A quick stroll or walk around the neighbourhood is all you need. It will help you to oxygenate your blood and boost your metabolism, and do wonders for your butt! 4. Give your skin a quick scrub (5 minutes). Regular skin brushing removes dead skin and cellulites, strengthens the immune system, stimulates circulation and makes your skin look more subtle and radiant. Starting with your feet work and using long sweeping strokes move up your body so the entire body (except your face of course) is brushed. A soft natural brush with a long handle and a removable head is best. Do this before you shower so you can rinse off all the dead skin cells. It will leave you feeling divine! 5. Improve your body's pH (1 minute). This is a great way to help you push toxins and poisons out of your system. Simply have a drink of fresh water with a dash of lemon.
