Dear Friend, I am disgusted, shocked and sickened, all at the same time. I hope that you’ve been watching the graphic and disturbing TV program called "Eat to Save Your Life" about the "crap" that people eat. It's sad that people have to see an autopsy of a 159 kilogram man who literally ate himself to make a change in their eating habits! |
The real question is: Are you digging your grave with your teeth? A diet high in sugar, fat, salt and low in nutrients and vitamins, is a major risk factor for life-threatening diseases such as heart disease, cancer and diabetes. You can stick your head in the sand, pretending everything is OK, but TV shows like the one above, will hopefully wake you up so you start eating healthy again. Not having Caesar salad or a serve of broccoli or a celery stick every once in a while is not the answer to a bad diet. You need to adopt a healthy lifestyle. You see, certain foods are acid-forming in nature and make you prone to disease, allergies and infections.
