Toxins determine how you feel.

If you often feel cranky, annoyed, knackered, lazy, miserable, sick, sad or wimpy, chances are that your body is overloaded with too much toxins. You need to detox you system to feel healthy, energized and vibrant again.

Your body has an incredible ability to cleanse, heal and renew itself.

How you feel is vastly determined by the amount of toxins that swim in your body. Toxins accumulate from stress, alcohol, polluted air, lack of exercise, salt, sugar, caffeine, red meats and processed foods.

 

How do you know if your body is over toxic?

It’s not that hard to find out. Simply observe how you feel during a typical week, before you go to bed, on waking and generally throughout the day.

Are you unable to remain calm under stress?
Do you suffer from chronic fatigue?
Do you get frequent episodes of dizziness, tiredness and nausea?
Do you have high cholesterol?
Do you get digestive problems often?
Do you catch cold and flu more than other people?

If that’s how you feel, chances are you need to detox your body and cleanse your system immediately. You must find a way to get rid of the toxins before they pollute and poison your body.

There are two kinds of toxins that must be processed by your body on a daily basis. One, those that are generated in the environment and, two, those that are generated within the body. Toxins are either expelled or they accumulate in the tissue and organs.

Toxins make you feel tired, sluggish and lousy!

That’s why you need to assist your body so it can cleanse itself and break down toxins more effectively.

Do you want a quick and easy way to do it? Of course you do!

What you do is squeeze some lemon juice into a glass of fresh water and drink it on waking. If you’re game, you could toss in a sprig of fresh mint. Lemon juice helps to eliminate water retention, assists with weight loss and keeps your body alkaline.

What a great way to start the day!

You could also dab some onto your face every morning – to help clear blemishes!

For your body to operate at its peak level, you must minimize your intake of toxins.

You need to ELIMINATE bad foods that clog up your arteries, pollute your system and poison your blood, organs, tissue and body. And you need to START eating alkalizing and cleansing foods. You will feel better almost immediately!
