How to Become Emotionally Resilient and
Resistant to Stress of ANY Type...

Stress turns your body into acid.

Strong emotions like fear, anxiety, anger, and hatred flood your body with acid.

You see, when you're under intense stress, your muscles become tense and uptight. That muscle tension reduces the oxygenation and blood flow to the tissues, making your tissues acidic.

Stress has a debilitating effect on your body. It makes your body vulnerable to viruses, infections, and diseases. Research shows that people who are in a stressful relationship or have problems at work are more likely to catch a cold or flu.

It makes sense to keep stress under control. You probably understand how acid is bad to your body. Acid is the opposite of life. Acid pollutes your blood, suffocates your cells, and cripples your body! To keep your body in a healthy alkaline state you need to follow an alkaline-rich diet, and The Alkaline Cookbook explains that in full detail. And...

You also need to stress less. That's why today we want to share with you a handful of practical ways to help you stay cool, collected and calm under pressure. Hope you find them useful...

Talk Out Stress. Don't keep all your worries and stress bottled up inside. Talk about the problem with a good friend. That could give you some emotional relief and even help you gain a new perspective on the problem. It's easier to solve a problem when your first BELIEVE that you can. If you have no one to confide in, then perhaps seeing a counsellor might work.

Empty Your Mind. Whatever your problem, write it all down on a piece of paper. The idea is to disassociate yourself from the problem. Once you do that, you might find a practical solution to the problem, or at least it will help you to shrink the problem back to its proper size. Give it a try.

Get More Sleep. Most people suffer from chronic sleep deprivation. You need to get sufficient sleep if you want your body to stay calm under pressure. You should get at least 6-7 hours of uninterrupted sleep every night - do you?

Relax Your Muscles. Massage is an ancient healing method that may relieve anxiety and produce the relaxation response. It also stimulates circulation, increases energy, eases stiff muscles, and even treats insomnia.

Practice Meditation. Practicing yoga, taking relaxation classes, and doing meditation and breathing exercises can all help you rebalance the mind and body.

Control Your Thoughts. You need to accept that you have a choice about the way you think, and that you can change your thinking whenever you choose to. Sometimes you need to reframe your thinking to make a problem go away. Simply, ask yourself: What's a different way of looking at this problem?

Drain Stress Out Of Your System. Any physical activity will help you to take your mind off the problem. Simply try running, swimming, cycling, or aerobics. Don't live with stress, do something about it!

Soak In A Warm Tub. Warm water can really relax your tired and tense muscles and calm your mind. Brew up some tea and sip on it, or indulge in a chocolate dessert. Finish off with the softest towel you have, do it slowly as if you had all the time in the world.

Turn On Some Soft Music. If there is music that you really enjoy, why not put it aside for those dark times. Try creating your own personal library of songs for relaxation and listen to it when the going get tough.

Eat Healthy. We have written much about the alkaline diet. Yet, changing your diet can be one of the best ways to help you stay cool under pressure. That's because some foods stress your body on the inside. When your body is stressed and exhausted it doesn't take much for you to flip out. The Alkaline Cookbook shows you what foods will relax your body from the inside out.

Stress causes real havoc in your body. Unfortunately most people don't have any practical strategies to help them deal with stress effectively.  So, they just end up reacting. We hope that this email will help you to stay cool, calm and collected under pressure a little more often.

And, don't forget how important your diet is. If the foods you eat overload your pancreas, liver and stomach then that will affect how you feel. Keep in mind that tired organs = tired body = tired mind.

If your organs have to work extra hard to digest the foods you eat, eventually you will pay the price. Most people eat foods that shoot their blood sugar through the roof, clog up their arteries, and feed their bad cholesterol.

Don't wait until some serious health disease forces you to rethink your eating habits. Do it now. Change your diet BEFORE it is too late. The Alkaline Cookbook educates people around the world how to eat smart while spending less time in the kitchen.

Stop treating your health like a lottery ticket. Invest in The Alkaline Cookbook - it will teach you safe eating habits from the very first page!

Eat Well! Be Well! and Enjoy Life!
