A Low-Cost Snack that Will Fill You Up, Eating yoghurt can be great fun. However, not all yoghurts are created equal. Some yoghurts are actually high in fat and sugar - both high in calories. Most people don't know that fat is the most concentrated form of food energy. So, keep that in mind the next time you're buying yoghurt in the supermarket. There are flavoured yoghurts. Some people find they actually taste better. But, because of the added sugar, they are high in calories. If you don't like the taste of plain yoghurt, you could try adding fruit like banana, blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries. If fresh fruit is not in season, try frozen fruit.
