To protect yourself from radiation you should limit the amount of time you spend on, next to or with electric appliances...

So you maybe you should reduce how much time you spend on the computer or watching TV. Keep in mind that a TV and computer screen continues to radiate for several hours even after it's switched off. So don't keep your TV or computer in your bedroom and even behind a wall next to the bedroom as the waves can travel through doors and walls!

You can also try the following:

To limit your exposure to radiation you may want to switch off all electricity at the main before going to sleep.

Sleep and work in a well ventilated room. Keep the windows slightly open.

Avoid calling when your mobile phone shows only one or two bars. Apparently straining for a signal boosts the radiofrequency output.

Sell your microwave on Ebay. You should get some extra $ you need and reduce your radiation exposure!
