All Alkaline Supplements are sent via Australia Post and they usually arrive within 3 - 5 Business Days in Australia and within 5 - 10 Business Days Internationally from the date sent.
E-books may be e-mailed to you right away once you have completed your purchase during Business Hours.
Please understand that outside of office hours, on weekends and public holidays there may be a delay in sending the book to you as we are not constantly monitoring purchases.

Returns & Refunds Policy
We do not provide any REFUNDS of any kinds for the E-books as it is in Digital Format and cannot be returned. Should you have any problems downloading the e-book or problem unzipping and opening the PDF E-Book file, please e-mail us at admin@alkalinecookbook.com.au and we will be happy to assist you.
We offer a 60 day Satisfaction Guarantee on "Hard Cover" Books as it is a tangible product that can be returned in GOOD Condition for Re-Sale.
As per the Satisfaction Guarantee, you must try the Alkaline Cook Book for no less than 60 days prior to requesting a refund. Because if you haven't really tried the book, how do you know it won't work for you. Books returned to us after 60 days, needs to be returned to us in its original packaging to ensure it will not be damaged during delivery. Books sent to us before the 60 days will not be accepted.
Products and Supplements once openend can not be returned as it can not be used for re-sale. We do offer a satisfation guarantee on the Alkaline Extreme Protein, therefore your welcome to give us a call on 1300 798 984 and put in a request for product exchange or refund.
Products DAMAGED during shipping will only be replaced, once Australia Post have determined that the damage occurred during shipping.
Products must be taken to Australia Post in its original packaging where damaged goods will be verified by Australia Post Staff and you will need to fill in a customer service complaint form at Australia Post. Only then will be know, that the product was damaged during delivery.
