Fish Florentine

INGREDIENTS

3 cups Baby Spinach leaves
2 Basa Filets
300g Silken Tofu
1 teaspoon Celtic Salt
1 clove Garlic
1 teaspoon freshly Grounded Pepper
Almond flakes
Lemon wedges


METHOD
  1. Blend tofu, salt and pepper and garlic until creamy.
  2. Place the fish filets on a oiled oven tray. Pour sauce over fish and cover with raw almond flakes.
  3. Bake at 200°c for 15 minutes.
In a plate lay baby spinach half drizzle olive oil, lemon and garlic mix pour the Florentine on top.
Go on give it a go!
